The house is near the centre, in spite that fact it’s lying in a still street.
It is a new single-storey house with modern furnitures. The living-room is big and clear. There are a couch, a television (with more than 50 foreign languag programs) and a table with six chairs. The american kitchen is very practical, modern and well-equipped: there are a microwave-owen, a dish-washer and a coffee-maker there. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, in all of them there is a doble bed. There are in the bathroom a hydro-massage bath and a shower.We can eat on the terrace too, there are a big table with six chairs, a swing-bed and a grill. There is place to park for 2 cars enough.
The beach and the pier are only 300 m. We can sail to Badacsony where the world-famous wines are produced. There is aliv a grocery not far away, it’s only 150 m. There are 3 restaurants within easy reach. Hévíz and Zalakaros famous all over the world for their medicinal baths are 20 km. There are 3 bike-lindings nearly. There is enough place for 6 persons in that house.
As four houses were built next to each other, also bigger groups can be put up (37+4 persons).
