The house is near the centre, in spite of that fact it’s lying in a still street.
It is a new two-storey house with modern furnitures. The living-room is big and clear.
There are a couch, a television (with more than 50 foreign languag programs) and a table with 10 chairs. The american kitchen is very practical, modern and well-equipped: there are a big fridge, a microwave-oven and a coffee-maker there. The shower and the toilet are separat built. Downstairs is a double bedroom. Upstairs there are four bedrooms: two with double bed, in the third one there are two couches and in the fourth a pull-out-bed. There is a bathroom upstairs, too. On the terrace are tables and chairs, a grill and a swing-bed. There is place to park for 3 cars enough.
The beach and the pier are only 300 m. We can sail to Badacsony, where the world-famous wines are produced. There is aliv a grocery not far away, it’s only 150 m. There are 3 restaurants within easy reach. Hévíz and Zalakaros famous all over the world for their medicinal baths are 20 km.
There are 3 bike-lindings nearly. There is enough place for 10+2 persons (there is a pull-out-bed in the living-room).
As four houses were built next to each other, also bigger groups can be put up.
